Beef and Broccoli in Oyster Sauce

Ingredients
2 tablespoon(s) canola oil
1 tablespoon(s) garlic coarsely chopped
1/2 pound(s) flank steak
3/4 pound(s) broccoli florets halved lengthwise if very large
2 tablespoon(s) oyster sauce
2 tablespoon(s) fish sauce nam pla
1 teaspoon(s) sugar
1/2 teaspoon(s) black pepper, fresh ground
1/3 cup(s) water
Directions
Freeze flank steak 10-20 minutes or until very cold and thinly slice across grain into 2 inch strips.
In a deep heavy skillet, heat oil over medium high heat until shimmering. Add garlic and toss well. Add beef and stir until lightly browned. Add broccoli and toss about 1 minute or until broccoli is bright green.
Add oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, pepper, and water; cook 3-4 minutes or until beef is cooked and broccoli is tender.
Serve hot or warm.
