Paid Support Options

If you are outside of your first 90 days of free technical support and require assistance with MenuMagic, we offer two methods to receive support:

Per-Incident Support

Per-incident phone based techincal support is available to both Lite Edition, and Personal Chef Edition users through our toll free number. Response time to questions are within 1 buinsess days of receiving the initial call. Before calling make sure you have your MenuMagic user id and credit card ready.

Incidents requireing more than 4 hours of support time may be charged an additonal $50/hour after ther initial 4 hours. Incidents that Kreotek does not cover on the support FAQ's and that Kreotek deems are bugs or serious problems with the program will not be charged.

Annual Support Contract

An annual support contract will allow you to place an unlimited amount of support calls and e-mails within a one year time period of purcase of the contract. There are no additinal fees for support incidents over 4 hours. Annual support contracts receive priority in response time.

* All prices are in US dollars. The 90 day free technical support is allowed on a per customer basis, and not on a per-new purchase basis. Each customer is afforded a single 90 free support term for one new purchase, and every upgrade, but not for multiple new purchases.
